'Paper-folding: A Popular Pastime' was published by Japan Travel Bureau on February 29th, 1948.

This work is mentioned in Gershon Legman's 'Bibliography of Paperfolding' which was published in 1952.

I have not seen a full copy of this work. Note Legman's comment to the effect that that numerous figures on the covers are not explained inside.
