'Yochien' (Kindergarten) is a translation by Chigo Kuwata of 'A Practical Guide to the English Kinder Garten by Joh and Bertha Ronge' into Japanese, and was published in three volumes, upper, middle and lower, in January 1876.

I am grateful to Roxane Platt for drawing the existence of this book to my attention.
