The American Girls's Home Book of Work and Play by Helen Campbell, 1883
 
'The American Girls's Home Book of Work and Play' by Helen Campbell was published by G P Putnam's Sons in 1883. It contains some incidental paperfolding material.

A revised and enlarged edition was published in 1888, but it appears from the 'Preface to Revised Edition' that this revision and enlargement consisted of the inclusion of two additional chapters, neither of which contain paperfolding material. The author specifically states that the other chapters have remained unaltered.

I have not seen a copy of the 1883 edition. A full copy of the 1888 edition can be accessed here.
