Cat-boxes - The Waterbomb

The Frog - The Blow-up Frog

There is also reference to a frog made of folded paper which, from the fact it is inflated is clearly the Blow-up Frog.

The 'boxes made by cutting slits in paper' is probably a reference to the Catherine of Cleves Box.
