'Plegado' by Rufino Yapur was published by Editores Independencia in Buenos Aires in 1939. The work is undated but it is mentioned in Gershon Legman's 'Bibliography of Paperfolding', where it is dated to 1939.

This page is based on a copy of the work gifted to Robert Harbin by Ligia Montoya and currently held in the library of the British Origami Society, who have kindly allowed me access to it.
