Mention of this book and of Kei Hori as an origami author occurs in the following articles in the San Francisco newspaper Hokubei Mainichi.

Kei Hori was co-producer of a TV Series about Origami on KQED, San Francisco which aired in October 1959.

I can find no other trace of this book in the literature, and it is not clear to me if it was in fact ever published.
