Thank you. ********** 1941 The earliest publication of this effect that I know of is in 'After the Dessert' by Martin Gardner, which was published by Max Holden in New York in 1941. ********** 1947 The effect can also be found in 'Willane's Wizardry' by Willane, which was pubished by ARCAS, in London, and has a foreword dated 1947. ********** |
