Folding Paper Toys by Shari Lewis and Lillian Oppenheimer, 1963

'Folding Paper Toys' by Shari Lewis and Lillian Oppenheimer was first published by Stein and Day, Inc in the USA in 1963. The information on this page has been taken from a paperback edition, published by Scarborough House in 1993, which differs from the original in places, although not as far as I know in the designs that it includes.

A full copy of this 1993 edition can be accessed online here.
