'The Elements of Geometrie' by Henry Billingsley, published by John Daye in London in 1570, is a translation of Euclid's 'Elements' into English with additional material added. Book 11 has been enhanced by the addition of 60 foldable paper models illustrating the text which are glued to the pages and can be raised into position when the pages are opened. There are also illustrations of several foldable polyhedral nets. See examples below.
