Single Sheet Designs
 
This is the Index Page for designs developed from a single sheet of paper of a compact shape (as opposed to a paper strip).

Note that a design folded from a non-convex or irregular starting shape is deemed to fall within the Cut Designs category.

Compact Single Sheet Designs can be sub-divided into:

Uncut Single Sheet Designs

(ie designs folded from a convex compact starting shape without the use of slits or cuts)

**********

Slit Single Sheet Designs

(ie designs in which one of more slits are made in a convex compact starting shape but no paper is completely removed)

**********

Cut Single Sheet Designs

(ie designs in which cuts are used to completely remove part of the starting shape)

**********
