Thank you. ********** 1845 There is a design for a Snail made from an uncut square in the Kan No Mado, which is usually dated to 1845. ********** 1923 A snail developed from a Frog Base appears in 'More Paper Magic' by Will Blyth, which was published by C Arthur Pearson in London in 1923. ********** 1944 'Origami Shuko' by Isao Honda, which was published in 1944, contains a design for a snail folded from a 120 / 60 rhombus. ********** 1951 The extended version of 'El Mundo de Papel' by Dr Nemesio Montero, which was published by G Miranda in Edicions Infancia in Valladolid in 1951, contains a design for 'El Caracol' (The Snail). ********** |
