'Kindergarten Papers' by Sara Miller Kirby was published by The Butterick Publishing Company Ltd in New York in 1896. It contains information about Paperfolding, Free Weaving and Auschneiden und Aufklaben. The Introduction states that the articles it contains had previously been published in 'The Delineator'. I have not however been able to find the information about paperfolding which appears in the book in the issues of 'The Delineator' available to me. A full copy of the work can be accessed online here. **********
