'I Giardini D'Infanzia' by Baronessa di Marenholtz-Bulow was published by G B Paravia e Comp in Rome, Turin, Florence and Milan in 1872. The work only includes incidental references to the paperfolding occupations except for a table which shows which occupations the author considers suitable for each kindergarten year. Specifically: First grade: In the family: 1 to 3 years old: includes '12. Weaving, braiding, 3 patterns.' Second grade: 3 to 5 years old: includes '7. Paperfolding, First series of Lebensformen. Artistic Forms.' Third grade: 5 to 7 years old: includes '8. Paperfolding, Second series of Lebensformen. Artistic Forms' and '9. The corners, with the folding of paper' and '10. Cutting' and 'Weaving, braiding (whole school)'. The Transition Class: 7 to 9 years old: includes '7. Inventive Weaving and interweaving' and 'Paperfolding in all gradations' and '13. Cutting and glueing' and '14. Cardboard work'. Unfortunately, it is not entirely clear exactly what element of paperfolding is included in all these categories, which are not otherwise explained within the work. A full copy of the work can be accessed online here. **********
