En Madrid y en una casa, 1670

The play 'En Madrid y en una casa' by Tirso de Molina, contains mention of a 'barco de papel'.

The text of the play first appears in 'Parte treinta y cinco' of 'Comedias escogidas de los mejores ingenios de Espana' which was published in 1670, although the play itself may be somewhat older. In this work, authorship of the play is credited to Francisco de Roxas, but scholars now believe it was the work of Tirso de Molina.

A full copy of the work can be accessed here.
